REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS
- Home pricing is based on Sq. Footage. The minimum charge per home is $200.00 for homes up to 4000 Sq. Feet. Homes over 4000 Sq. Feet are priced at $.05 per Sq. Foot. Payment is due on delivery.
- Thirty to eighty photos are typically taken in RAW image format depending on the size of the home. Professional grade Canon cameras and flash’s are used for the highest quality photographs. Each photograph is meticulously edited to maximize visual appeal and then converted to a JPEG file. Two client folders are provided through Dropbox for each photo shoot. A high resolution version for prints and a smaller MLS version designed to obtain the best resolution on their format. Other sizes, resolutions and file sizes are provided free of charge.
- A client has no responsibility to pay for photos if they do not meet expectations. However, if any photos delivered are used in a listing in any way or in a future listing, and unless other arrangements are made, the entire photo package will be deemed as acceptable and the charges and terms listed above will apply.
- Drone photography/video is available based on client needs. Big Canoe is notorious for poor and irregular GPS signals that drones require to safely operate and land. In addition, the trees and heavy canopies can prevent a safe landing. Since high-end drones use GPS to return to base, not all homes can be safely photographed from the air. In these cases, drone photography is limited to line of sight and not taken out of view or to excessive altitudes. Prices start as low as $50.00
- Big Canoe amenities and other surrounding area photos can be provided for agents and clients for their listings free of charge. For instance Gibbs Gardens, Amicalola Falls, swimming pools, golfing, Wellness Center, etc. These photos may only be used in listings where Photos Big Canoe has taken the home photos and no other use is permitted.
- NOTE: Pricing does not include the following:
- Staging or moving furniture
- Editing in Photoshop (except minor touchups).
- Additional visits for more photographs not previously requested or discussed.
- Travel Fees for homes outside Big Canoe
- Release of copyright to any and all photos
